Here's who I am & what I do
Kate is a qualified and has senior accreditation as a psychotherapist and counsellor with a specialism (but not an exclusivity) for working with those who have been affected by trauma. She has a flexible approach, working with each individual according to their requirements. While some people benefit from weekly sessions for a significant amount of time, others are able to move on after five or six sessions. Some people return for single 'top up' sessions every few weeks or months.
Kate's clients range from adults to teenagers and young people. They include counselling students and qualified therapists.
Kate is also a qualified and senior accredited Supervisor and offers clinical supervision to organisations, individual therapists and trainees.
In line with the BACP ethical framework, Kate ensures a confidential and professional approach.
